- How does volume API pricing work?
- Your monthly usage on each meter determines a single rate: the bracket your total volume lands in prices every unit that month. Cross a bracket boundary and the whole month reprices at the lower rate, automatically, on the same contract. You never pick a plan and never re-negotiate to get the better rate.
- Is there a monthly minimum on the API?
- No. There is no monthly floor and no platform fee. The sandbox is free, and billing starts only when you resolve in production. Your bill is purely usage at the applied volume rate.
- How does the agency revenue share model work?
- Agencies access the full Delivr.ai platform at no cost. When you activate media through Delivr DSP on behalf of your clients, we share in the media revenue. You keep your margin, we earn on throughput. No platform fees, no seat licenses, no minimums.
- What counts as one resolution?
- Each time you send a visitor identifier to our API and receive a resolved result back, that is one billable unit on the matching meter: HEM-only, HEM + email, or Full Profile, depending on what you requested. Unresolved lookups are not billed.
- What integrations are included?
- Enterprise plans include pre-built connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Segment, and dozens of other CRM and activation platforms. Platform/API customers get direct REST and streaming access. Agency partners get managed integrations through the Delivr.ai console.
- Is there a minimum contract length?
- Agency partners operate month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Enterprise contracts are typically annual. The API contract is a single usage agreement. You can test in the sandbox with no commitment, and production usage bills monthly in arrears.
